Employee Self Service

• review your payroll and benefits information
• update your open enrollment options
• update your address and emergency contact information with Payroll and Employee Benefits and Human Resources

Login instructions: First, you will be asked for your Ball State username and password. Then, at the Employee Self Service site, you can access your employee information by entering only the last two zeros of your Ball State ID number. For instance, if your Ball State ID is 000-123-456, then enter "00123456" at the Employee Self Service site.

If you do not have a PIN, choose "Get My Temporary PIN."

If you do not remember your PIN, choose "Enter Employee Self Service," and then "I Forgot My PIN."
