Future Focus: 2012 Annual Report 

 

In continuing the success to be a strong financial partner to the university, Future Focus, the foundation's 2012 annual report, highlights the accomplishments of our first long-term strategic plan and provides a roadmap of our future plan. Transparency is important to this organization, so this publication also includes an extensive financial report.

 

Successful completion of the goals and objectives in the 2007-2012 Strategic Plan excelled programs that help us provide maximum sustainable support to the university. Specific goals were met in six areas: service to constituents, investment management, fundraising, volunteer and staff development, organizational structure, and an integrated operational model.

 

The 2012-2017 Strategic Plan focuses on fund stewardship, philanthropy, service, communications, and board/staff development to help expand and seize opportunities for The Ball State University Foundation.
