Peter F. Campanella
Peter Campanella joined the Foundation Board in 2002

Campanella received a bachelor's degree in social science from Ball State in 1967 and received a PMD (Program for Management Development) from Harvard University in 1985. After serving in the Navy he joined Corning in 1971 as a sales representative in the Consumer Products Division and continued rising through the business as he was named president and CEO for the Corning Consumer Products Company in 1996. Campanella retired from Corning in the spring of 2001. After retiring from Corning, Campanella worked as an adjunct professor at Pace University where he taught a leadership development course for graduate and undergraduate students. Campanella is currently using his expertise as a pro-bono consultant for a number of non-for-profits. He currently is chairman of the Board for Queensbourough Community College Foundation and on the Board for the NPD Corporation. Campanella currently resides with his wife Monica in Boston, Massachusetts. They have two grown children, Jennifer and Christopher and three grandchildren.
