Richard J. Hall

Rick Hall joined the Foundation Board in 2011

Hall is a partner at the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and practices in the area of Governmental Services and Finance. There he represents counties, cities, towns, and school corporations with respect to the financing of local infrastructure projects. He has also been serving as a member of Ball State University’s Board of Trustees since his appointment by Governor Daniels in 2007; he currently holds the position of secretary.
