Charles V. Sursa

Charles Sursa joined the foundation board in 2010

Charles Sursa has a well established history serving the Muncie community and working in the field of finance. Alumnus of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Sursa holds a BS in finance and an MBA in business administration. Currently, Sursa is the senior vice president of investments for Raymond James and Associates, operating as the Sursa/Griner Group in downtown Muncie. Previously he has worked for Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc., Industrial Trust & Savings Bank and Mellon Bank.

Prior to serving on the board for the foundation, Sursa has been the board chairman for the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce; board member of the Indiana Youth Institute; director for Meridian Services, Corp; served on the Investment and Finance committees for the Community Foundation of Muncie, and Delaware County; National Capital Campaign Cabinet, and much more. 

He lives in Yorktown with his wife Claudia, and their three children.
