An Operations Committee shall be elected by the Board of Directors at its annual meeting. In addition to other duties assigned to it by the Board of Directors, the Operations Committee shall advise the Board of Directors on general fiscal policy, fiscal management and all operational matters including budgetary and financial issues; personnel issues including determination of the Corporation's salary pool and its salary structure; and evaluating the president.
