We established the Beneficence Society in 1995 to recognize and thank alumni and friends who so generously made a future commitment to us for the benefit of Ball State.
All gifts to the Ball State Foundation are held in strict confidence. Those who have made such a commitment and have informed us are invited to become a member of Beneficence Society. We will not, however, publish names or publicly recognize these gifts without your prior written permission.
In addition to the satisfaction of knowing these future gifts will help ensure excellence at Ball State, you may receive tax benefits and income for yourself and others.
To join, make a bequest, a charitable lead trust, or plan to give a gift of annuities, life insurance, retirement plans, or investments, to be given at a future date.
As a member you get the benefits of:
- attending the annual Homecoming luncheon
- receiving an engraved pewter bowl recognizing your gift
- having your name listed with other members on the Beneficence Society wall
