Despite economic challenges, the Ball State Bold: Investing in the Future capital campaign has raised more than $177.2 million—or nearly 90 percent of our goal. As the momentum continues, you can help us reach our objective of $200 million by 2011, providing students with transformative learning experiences, access to outstanding faculty, and the latest technology.
Our scholarships recognize students with leadership potential and high academic abilities and give them an incentive to come to Ball State. From attracting and rewarding talented minority students with our Floyd Leadership Scholarships to our array of Bold Scholarships facilitating the recruitment and retention of outstanding students, Ball State provides distinct educational experiences for everyone.
Our vibrant campus now includes the recent opening of the new Edmund F. and Virginia B. Ball Honors House, and over the next few years, we will also see renovations to the Museum of Art and planetarium. Construction is under way for a new Student Recreation and Wellness Facility giving students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to workout in a top-notch complex. Plans are being made for the state-of-the-art Glick Center for Glass and a new greenhouse to enhance students’ and visitors’ experiences and improve community outreach.
