The David Owsley Museum of Art Alliance was formed to stimulate public interest and participation in the museum's collection, exhibitions, and programs.

Alliance members participate in monthly educational meetings, and volunteer with events and programs at the museum. The Alliance also assists in increasing the museum's revenues for operation and the acquisition of works of art.
