The Office of Academic Systems is responsible for the Degree Analysis Progress Report (DAPR), the Automatic Course Transfer System (ACTS), undergraduate and graduate level university catalogs, the compilation of the annual master schedule, the facilities management system (FaMM), and the compilation of the schedule of classes.

In addition, the Office of Academic Systems provides training for professional and support staff on the ECA system. The Academic Systems staff is dedicated to providing the Ball State community with reliable support, superior training, and accurate information.
