How do I request a report of alumni or donors from the advancement database?
First approval must be granted from either the Alumni Association or University Development and then Advancement Services will complete the request. Information is released according to the policies set by the Alumni Association.
Alumni Association - To obtain lists or mailing files for alumni-related events.
University Development - For donor related information, contact the development officer assigned to the particular college or Sue Beach, director of donor relations.

Fact Book contains information regarding Ball State history, accreditation, enrollment, programs, faculty, campus, tuition, athletics, and more.
- Alumni demographics includes the number of alumni per state, counties in Indiana, and various regions in the United States; the average age of alumni; and the number of men and women.
- The Imaging System stores daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the university. Each University Advancement employee has access to the advancement reports. If you receive a report on paper and would prefer to view it through the imaging system, contact Amy Reed.
