Alumni Council

The 2013 executive committee is led by Chairman Fred Cox. The Executive Committee includes Chairman-Elect Jim Andrew, Past-Chairman, Kim Stout, Vice Chairmen John Bowles, Jennifer Budreau, Larry Metzing, Ball State Foundation Representative Wayne Estopinal and Robin Sparks, and Alumni Association President Julie Stroh.

The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Alumni Association and consists of the executive committee, 16 at-large members, and representatives from each constituent society, two Board of Trustee representatives

The group meets at least three times per year and duties range from passing the bylaws that govern the Alumni Association, selecting two members of the board of trustees, and adopting the association's annual budget. Members participate in committees that include the executive committee, consisting of council officers who implement and recommend council policy, and various other committees that determine a strategic plan, assess services and technology, review and select alumni scholarship recipients, and evaluate and choose alumni award recipients.
