Stop, Drop & Dash Charity Run
NEW IN 2012! Stop, Drop & Dash Charity Run! Over 70 Ball State students turned out to benefit the Muncie Mission. The charity race took place around Worthen Arena on Wednesday, October 10 at 3:00 p.m. Registration started at 2:00 p.m. on LaFollette Field. The Homecoming Steering Committee collected 248 donated items for the Muncie Mission! Thanks to all participants for supporting Ball State Homecoming and the Muncie Community!

Similar to other universities "Nearly Naked Mile" events, we encourage you to give the clothes off your back to benefit the Muncie Mission! We want you to have fun, but please use discretion in your attire to make sure we don't see more than we need to! Participants are required to wear the equivalent of what a bathing suit would cover (or more!) to register and receive your racing number.
The entry fee is $5 per person in advance or a gently used article of clothing for donation. The cost is $10 the day of the event or if you do not donate any clothing. There will be a costume contest, so don't be afraid to dress up! Awards will be given to the best costume winner, first place in the male and female divisions, and the overall winner.
Organizations will earn Ashley Points for the number of participants and articles of clothing donated. Individual students who are not associated with a student organization are encouraged to participate!
