Steering Committee
In 2012, Ball State University will celebrate 86 years of Homecoming traditions! The Homecoming Steering Committee as we know it today was organized in 1961. The committee is comprised of students, faculty, and alumni who plan and coordinate the all-university Homecoming activities. The committee works in conjunction with the Alumni Association to ensure successful events that involve students, faculty/staff, alumni, and the entire Muncie community.
The 2012 Homecoming Steering Committee is composed of 15 student chairs and four Alumni Association staff members. Leading this year's committee as general chair is Brittney Williams, a senior public relations major from Muncie, Indiana. Staff persons serving as advisors are Michelle Johnson, advisor; Kate Webber, advisor; Julie Eastes, assistant advisor, and Don Park, interim sponsor.
