Toolbox Guide to Development Funds

Looking for financial assistance for your community or economic development project? Need funding for a public or private program or just looking for a little help in going "green"? Let us point you in the right direction!

Our Toolbox Guide to Development Funds is a comprehensive listing of grants, loans, tax programs, and incentives available in the state of Indiana. You can search our entire database of programs and find the information you need to connect you to the project that best fits your needs.

Each program is updated once a year, and we enter updated information into the database as soon as we receive it.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act became law on February 17, 2009. Congress and President Obama have committed $787 billion in spending and tax relief in hopes of stimulating the economy and creating jobs. Much of the federal stimulus package funding that will come to Indiana will be distributed via formula-based funding. A formula distribution means that allocations will be made to certain recipients through existing formulas in use by the federal government. To find out more about Stimulus Funding and the Recovery and Reinvestment Act, including information on availability and criteria for application, please visit INvest.in.gov.

If you have questions about the Toolbox Guide to Development Funds, or know of a project we are missing and would like to see it added, please contact Jes Beals.

*PDF files are no longer being updated due to the size of the guide and the cumbersome nature of their use.  For the most up to date and convenient version of the guide, please use the Toolbox Guide's online search feature.
