Executive Education

We develop executive education courses and programs that provide your organization's managers and leaders with the tools needed to harness the power of change in your organization and solve the challenges faced today, and more importantly, the ones of tomorrow. Programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization and focus on issues relevant to your industry. These courses and programs apply to all types of organizations, large and small, for-profit and not-for-profit, service and education.

In these courses, participants learn by building upon and drawing from their own knowledge and experiences, our instructors' expertise, and from the contributions made by peer participants from leading organizations.

Our instructors consist of Ball State University faculty, as well as faculty from other universities and colleges, and seasoned training professionals throughout the nation.

Additionally, we have the capability and flexibility to offer these programs in a variety of formats, from certificate and custom programs, to institutes and short programs, to long-term partnerships.

Open-enrollment programs are available for executives, and offer targeted training in a learning environment where participants contribute their diverse professional experience and best industry practices. One such program is our Emerging Leaders program that can be customized for your business needs.
