Does your job require you to have a good understanding of economic development or to make decisions that affect the economic development of your community?

Offered annually, our week-long Indiana Economic Development Course—known to many as "The Academy"—offers intensive training in the basic concepts, methods, and strategies of economic, industrial, business, and community development. It is a comprehensive educational experience in the theory and practice of economic development.

This course is accredited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). Successful completion of the course qualifies participants for admission to the Economic Development Institute, a program also accredited by IEDC.
