Bursar and Loan Adminstration

The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting, and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University. We also set up and maintain Cardinal Cash accounts, and preparation of federal tax form 1098-T.

Fall semester bills are scheduled to be produced and available in eBill on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.  Financial aid will not appear on your Current Activity Detail screen prior to the eBill being produced, but this information will be available on August 13.  Financial aid refunds will begin to be released August 15, 2014.  To receive your refund by direct deposit, please go here and sign up by August 9, 2014.

Please access the eBill site for instructions on how students, authorized payers, or guest payers can make payments, as well as instructions for students to add an authorized payer to their account.

In order to comply with regulations that protect the students' identity, Bursar and Loan Administration will require students to grant access to parents (or others) through a new privacy system in order for us to discuss the student's financial information.
