What Can I Do with a Major in…

Political Science

A degree in political science provides students with a general understanding of the government and the relationships among the various groups operating within the government. Graduates often find work exploring public opinion and how the government works, but others use the degree as a foundation for law, graduate study, or work in government. The following occupations represent some career opportunities available to political science majors. Some will require additional education.
