Rolling out the red carpet is symbolic of treating someone with great care. By participating in the Roll Out the Red Customer Service Training program, you’ll learn to treat every Ball State customer like royalty. As a student employee or graduate assistant, your involvement is essential to Ball State’s success in serving students, parents, guests, faulty and staff, and all customers of the university!
In Roll Out the Red training, you will watch two online video modules, complete the activities, and then discuss what you’ve learned with your supervisor and other student employees or graduate assistants. Talk with your supervisor to learn how Roll Out the Red will be implemented in your department.
To begin, start with Roll Out the Red Customer Service Training Module 1. Make sure you have access to a printer because you will be printing copies of exercises to give to your supervisor.
Upon completion of
Module 1 and discussion with your supervisor, continue with
Module 2.
