Building Better Neighborhoods. Funded by a three-year, $200,000 grant from the Ball Brothers Foundation, the Building Better Neighborhoods Initiative provides coordinated expertise and resources from Ball State University to support neighborhood development efforts through the Muncie Action Plan and Delaware County’s VISION 2016 economic development plan.
