Documentation Retention

For Ball State graduates who have provided documentation of disability to the DSD office, this documentation will be kept on file in the DSD office for at least five years after the student graduates. Additionally, documentation supplied to DSD by students who left the university prior to graduation will be kept on file in the DSD office for five years. Former students wishing to request a copy of documentation should submit a written request to DSD.
