The Withdrawing Student Survey was designed to track patterns in the characteristics and concerns of students who elect to withdraw from the university. Students complete the survey in the Office of the Dean of Students (AD 238) as a part of the withdrawal process. The survey is given on a continuing basis, both fall and spring, as students leave the university.
