ABOUT THE SESSION:
"A leader without followers is just a
person taking a walk.” Good followers help create good leaders. This
presentation will offer a model of followership and explain why leaders and
followers are both important to any organization.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Curt Grams is currently the President and CEO of Camp Yale, Inc.
that manages Camp Yale in Winchester, IN, and has been for the past 4 years.
He also is the Program Director for The Light Foundation, a non-profit
foundation for Pro Bowl Offensive Tackle, Matt Light of the New England
Patriots. Curt spends most of his time traveling across the country
working with the Vohokase Leadership Program youth of The Light Foundation as
well as giving presentations to organizations on behalf of Camp Yale and the
foundation.
He also has spent the last 20 years working with youth in
varying capacities from a volunteer with Youth For Christ to a Youth Pastor
with the Free Methodist Church which Curt is currently licensed with. It
is the passion to see change in our youth and young adults and for them to
become influential leaders and communicators that keeps Curt working with
organizations that have the same mission and philosophies for change.
