You can reach the Ball State University Police directly from a university phone by dialing either 911 or 5-1111.

It is a good idea to memorize and use the 765-285-1111 number because dialing 911 from a cell phone will connect you to the Delaware County 911 Dispatch Center, which could delay response time on campus in an emergency.
