Reserve a University Vehicle

Transportation Services now offers an online vehicle reservation system. To reserve a university vehicle, visit the FleetCommander Online Vehicle Reservation System webpage.

Rental Pool vehicles are available on a short-term basis for university travel.

Requests will be processed in the order they are received. In some cases, local rental agencies will be used to provide a substitute vehicle. The transportation office reserves the right to substitute the vehicle requested.

If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, it should be done as early as possible. A one-day rental fee will be charged for all reserved vehicles not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

In cases of extreme price fluctuation, a gas surcharge may be added to the per mile charge.

A cleaning fee of $35.00 per vehicle may be assessed the renting department if returned vehicles are excessively dirty or full of trash.

Vehicles returned to the transportation office within 4 hours of pickup will be charged a portion of the daily rate, plus mileage.
