FleetCommander Online Vehicle Reservation System

FleetCommander is an Internet-based online vehicle reservation system designed to increase the level of service for users of motor pool resources.

In order to create a FleetCommander account you must:

  • be a Ball State University employee
  • have a valid drivers license (if you intend to drive a a BSU vehicle)

Getting started with FleetCommander is easy. Here's how:

Step One:
Request a FleetCommander account by clicking the "Sign Up Now!" link in the left hand side of the FleetCommander navigation bar. Enter you user profile information and submit the form. Once approved, Transportation Services will email your log in information to the email address as defined in your user profile.

Step Two:
Transportation Services ensures requestor meets the eligibility requirements for driving a university vehicle, approves the request and sends an email to the requestor containing FleetCommander username and password information.

Step Three:
Begin making vehicle reservations by logging into FleetCommander and clicking the "Make Reservation" link in the left hand side of the FleetCommander navigation bar.

Access Ball State's FleetCommander site. If you need to create a FleetCommander account, click the "sign Up Now!" link, enter your user profile information and submit the form. Once approved, Transportation Services will email your login information to the email address as defined in your user profile.

Need to reserve a vehicle or check the status of a reservation?

Access FleetCommander and enter your username and password. Once you are logged into FleetCommander, select the appropriate link from the left hand navigation bar.
