Grade Center - Submitting Grades to the Registrar's Office

Tool Availability
The tool that allows you to submit grades electronically to the Registrar's Office should automatically be available for each of your courses.  To make sure it is or to enable it if it is not, requires you check the Tool Availability screen.

Step 1 - Option 1: Manually Enter Letter Grades
There are two ways to get your final letter grades into the Blackboard Grade Center. One is to create a column and then manually type in the letter grades for each student. This method can be used even if you do not use the Grade Center to record grades.

Step 1 - Option 2: Calcuate the Letter Grades
The second way you can get your final letter grades into the Blackboard Grade Center is to create a column that calculates the letter grade for you based on scores entered and stored in the Grade Center.

Step 2: Submit Your Grades to the Registrar's Office
Once your letter grades are in the Blackboard Grade Center, you can easily submit them electronically to the Registrar's Office.
