Every individual at Ball State University is important and makes a significant contribution to its success. Office personnel in particular perform a critical role and have a major impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of everything we do. Office personnel provide direct support to all university units, including faculty, administrators, parents, and students. In short, office personnel provide a very valuable service to Ball State.
