Responsibilities: teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, including guidance of graduate student M.A. theses; providing student-centered experiences; research, service.
Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in anthropology by August 15, 2014, with a specialization in anthropology of virtual/digital and/or mass media; demonstrated excellence in teaching; demonstrated research agenda and scholarship in the form of accepted or in-print peer-reviewed publications.
Preferred qualification: ethnographic methods; innovative virtual instruction; interests that complement faculty; geographic area open.
