Responsibilities: work closely with the Associate Vice President for Information Technology and the Sr. Enterprise Systems Business Process Analyst to provide coordination and management of projects; serve as the lead contact point with vendors and external contractors to manage highly complex and diverse technology implementations; directly assist the Associate Vice President in tracking and managing multiple initiatives and operational issues within the Office of Information Technology.
Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical field; at least two years of experience working in a project management or related field; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and incidents and coordinate diverse resources to resolve complex issues; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; experience managing complex technology implementations in a higher education environment; experience working with higher education technology vendors.
