Responsibilities: work with members of the Greek community to implement the Greek Strategic Plan; provide support in advising Greek governing councils on programs, policies, and related activities; advise the planning and implementation of the Greek Academy educational programs as well as coordinating the Greek Life Accreditation, Grand Chapter Award program and council installations.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree by July 31, 2014; at least one year of professional experience working in higher education; clear evidence of skills in program planning and implementation; excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree in higher education/college student personnel or related field; two years of full-time experience working with Greek organizations; experience with advising National Pan-Hellenic Council and member chapters; experience in facilitating the Panhellenic Formal Recruitment Process; experience developing leadership curriculum and related programs; supervisory experience; working knowledge of NPC, NIC, NPHC and NALFO organizations; membership with an inter/national fraternity or sorority.
