Responsibilities: provide leadership to all on-campus student employment programs; coordinate office systems and technology development, implementation, and maintenance; serve as liaison to select administrative departments; support the director with major department planning and leadership functions; oversee assessment and cycle of improvement processes; serve as a member of the Career Center Leadership Team.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree; five years of related professional work experience in planning, management, computer systems, program development, assessment and evaluation, training, and staff supervision; demonstrated leadership, team building, systems management, public speaking, and program planning skills; basic knowledge of student employment, career development, and college students; skills in the interpretation and presentation of data.
Preferred qualification: experience in career services, employer relations, and organizational communications.
