Responsibilities: support the Director in the overall management and administration of the office; supervise the development and maintenance of data processing systems to enhance quality assurance, streamline procedures and maintain compliance; provide staff training in regard to systems and processes.
Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree; at least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial aid; experience working with integrated enterprise resource planning systems (ERP); thorough knowledge of financial aid requirements and regulations; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree; experience in using Argos for reporting, Banner Administrative Suite and Workflow, and Banner Document Management Systems.
