Professional contract position available immediately.
Responsibilities: act as a recruiter and academic advisor for online and distance academic programs; provide support to students to understand and meet academic requirements; support and leverage student recruitment activities for the purpose of meeting individual program and Online and Distance Education enrollment goals.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree; at least one year of relevant experience (for example: teaching, counseling, advising, or student-related program administration); excellent oral and written communication skills; high degree of commitment to customer service; strong focus on detail and task completion; highly organized with good analytical skills; demonstrated competency in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, database, email, and Internet applications.
Preferred qualifications: direct experience assisting college-level students; additional years of related experience.
