Responsibilities: assess, develop, and assist department with faculty recruitment plan; perform searches and develop strategies to attract highly qualified candidates; collaborate and consult with faculty to determine and expand the educational clinical experiences/sites for nursing students; coordinate, process, and communicate clinical placement for baccalaureate nursing students.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree; at least two years of experience in health and human resource management or related field recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating professional-level candidates; excellent oral and written communication skills via a variety of media; excellent interpersonal customer service, and team oriented skills; demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively with others; excellent management, organizational, and analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and other software products; willing to work outside normal business hours if necessary.
