Professional position available October 1, 2013.
Responsibilities: manage Housing and Residence Life information systems, the extraction of data, development of reports, dissemination of appropriate information within the department and other offices, testing of upgrades and patches, as well as work to evaluate and recommend new technology products; provide support and training for professional and support staff and graduate students on systems utilized by the department; serve as departmental liaison to Information Technology.
Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related area; at least three years of experience in computer programming, SQL, coding knowledge, and expertise with relational database management (RDBMS), maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting computer systems.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree in computer related field; additional years of experience in computer programming, maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting computer systems, knowledge of StarRez system.
