Project Coordinator, Division of Online and Distance Education

Professional position available immediately.  

Responsibilities:  oversee and manage Ball State University’s state authorization process for compliance with the U.S. Department of Education’s Program Integrity regulations and state authorizations for online and distance education required by various states and U.S. territories; review all state and territory authorization processes, regulations and requirements; complete and submit necessary applications and required documents; communicate effectively with state representatives; maintain accurate documentation. 

Minimum qualifications:  bachelor’s degree; five years of professional work experience; excellent oral and written communications, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to be discrete with confidential information and represent Ball State professionally; ability to work independently and in a team environment, multitask, set and meet deadlines; ability to draw inferences and make connections and communicate with legal authorities; working knowledge of Microsoft office; and experience in data analytics.  

Preferred qualifications:  master’s degree, Project Management Professional Certification; experience in higher education and logical reasoning to review complex written documents.
