Major responsibility: support ongoing and newly emerging regulatory programs required by federal and state statutes within the Office of Research Integrity.
Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of experience working with Export Control/Deemed Export Control programs; experience working with federal and state regulations, policy development and writing and providing education/training; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent computer skills.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree in a science or social science field; advanced degree (JD, Ph.D.); experience working with IRBs, IACUCs, Radiation Safety, Bio-Safety, and/or Laboratory Safety; experience working with Export Control/Deemed Export Control programs in an academic environment; familiarity working with Conflict of Interest/Conflict of Commitment programs; familiarity working with online submission and software-based support systems (ex., IRBNet, Visual Compliance, etc.).
