Grant Writer, Center for International Development

Professional contract position available immediately. 

Major responsibility:  research, write, and facilitate comprehensive external grant proposal development and submission to international funding opportunities with federal, state, local, international, corporate, and non-profit funding agencies.

Minimum qualifications:  bachelor’s degree, at least one year of technical or professional writing experience; excellent managerial, technical, and organizational skills; excellent writing and research skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Professional suite of products; ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines; excellent attention to detail.  

Preferred qualifications:  bachelor’s degree in related area; additional years of related experience; have an understanding of the needs of developing countries.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
