Purchasing Services Projects Assistant, Purchasing Services

Staff position available immediately. 

Responsibilities:  assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of projects and systems in Purchasing Services; provide analytical assistance, training, and support for existing purchasing systems; serve as one of two system administrators for SciQuest; provide high-level project support to the Purchasing Systems Coordinator. 

Minimum qualifications:  associate’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management information systems, or related field; one year of experience in systems support or related experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; basic accounting knowledge; experience in computer skills training; excellent written communication skills. 

Preferred qualifications:  bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, or related field; additional years of experience. 

Starting hourly rate $13.95 with excellent benefits.
