Hardware and Software Support

Hardware Repair is where your computer gets fixed if there is a problem with your computer's hardware. Desktop Support, the iCare Corner, and TechTime can refer an issue to Hardware Repair.

TechTime offers assistance to currently enrolled students who are having difficulties with their personal computers and resolving those issues. TechTime Application Support offers help to faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students who need software assistance with a Ball State project.
