Information Technology Services (ITS) Business Operations is the business and administrative support function for the ITS department. This area is responsible for developing and managing ITS policies and the fees associated with our services. The main policy is the Electronic Device Policy-EDP (PDF)

ITS offers BSU employees a daily and weekly cellular rental program for both personal and business use. Ball State employees have the opportunity to rent devices such as the iPad 2, Galaxy Tab, 3G USB Broadband Cards, iPhone, and more.
Ball State has also teamed with Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint to offer employees and students discounts on their cellular service, including both voice and data plans and related equipment.
