Phone and Network Services
General Fund Accounts
Phone services include digital or analog service with set and voicemail services. These accounts will continue to pay monthly fees for specialty phone services, such as toll free numbers, calling cards, etc.
Network service includes access to campus and Internet resources at 10 or 100 Mbps speeds. Speed is dependent on infrastructure capacity. See the payment schedule below.
Non-General Fund Accounts
In lieu of one-time fees, non-general fund accounts pay monthly recurring fees. See the payment schedule below.

1You are responsible for providing the fax or modem device. 2Specialty services include tool free numbers, calling cards, cellular, caller ID, forward to off-campus numbers, expansion modules, or white and yellow page advertising, menu trees, etc. Pricing is determined by usage or complexity of the request.
To request new service, change an existing service or remove service, please complete the Communications Services Request Form. To request specialty services, please contact ITS for assistance.
