Voice conferencing refers to the joining of multiple telephone calls together into a single call, allowing each participant to speak to each other as if they were in the same room.

There are multiple ways that a voice conference can be established. Three way calling is initiated by a telephone on campus and can join that phone into a conversation with two other telephones.

By using WebEx, each employee at Ball State has their own personal conference bridge to join multiple parties. A conference bridge is a scheduled meeting where a phone number and Meeting ID are used to join all of the participants together.
