Meet-Me Conferencing

Meet-Me conferencing is a free service offered to Ball State faculty and staff that allows up to six participants to be automatically connected in a conference bridge. This is accomplished by dialing a phone number assigned to the Meet-Me conference call, and entering a six digit access code to be placed into the call. Both the call in number and the access code are assigned will be sent to you after the scheduling of the Meet-Me Conference call.

Meet-Me Conference calls are scheduled via e-mail and should include:
• Date and time of call
• Estimated duration of call
• Number of attendees

Requests for Meet-Me Conference calls should be made during normal business hours:
Academic Year:  M-F  8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Summer:            M-F  7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Confirmation of successfully scheduled Meet-Me conference call will be sent to you in the form of a meeting request. The body of this meeting request will contain the local phone number assigned to your call, along with the passcode that will be used. If you do not receive this meeting request within a few days of sending your e-mail, contact Unified Communications immediately.

The person arranging the Meet-Me conference call is responsible for informing all attendees of the date, time, phone number and passcode assigned to the call.
