Meet-Me Plus Conferencing

Meet-Me Plus is a conference bridging service that allows up to 25 participants to be automatically connected. This expanded service carries a $10 setup and administration fee, and offers an available toll free number that can be used by the participants. The department scheduling the Meet-Me Plus call will be charged $0.03/minute for each user of the toll free number.

Meet-Me Plus Conference calls are scheduled via e-mail and should include:
• Date and time of call
• Estimated duration of call
• Number of attendees
• Budget code for charges

Requests for Meet-Me Plus Conference calls should be made during normal business hours:
Academic Year: M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Summer: M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Confirmation of successfully scheduled Meet-Me Plus conference call will be sent to you in the form of a meeting request. The body of this meeting request will contain the local phone number assigned to your call, along with the passcode that will be used. If you do not receive this meeting request within a few days of sending your e-mail, contact Unified Communications immediately.

The person arranging the Meet-Me Plus conference call is responsible for informing all attendees of the date, time, phone number and passcode assigned to the call.
