Long Distance Services

Long distance calls are completed by using a six digit Personal Billing Number (PBN) after dialing the telephone number.  Ball State faculty/staff members can be assigned their own unique number, and the cost of the long distance calls are charged to the employee's department. 

A PBN can be acquired via the Communications Services Request form.
