The Video Network Information Center has several instructional links provided by “GOTOMEETING” that will provide basic overviews and best practices. If you have need to use GOTOMEETING please contact the VNIC at anytime and we would be glad to support your endeavors.
Tutorial:
This tutorial will provide an overview of GOTOMEETING and provide information on how to create and start a GOTOMEETING session.
Engage your audience:
Engage your audience
by utilizing the tools available in your GOTOMEETING session. Each participant has access to the tools including a chat room, drawing tools, desktop presentations, and changing of presenters.
Audio made easy:
GOTOMEETING allows the organizer to choose the audio setup options for the session. Each participant will be able to use a telephone line or computer audio system based on the audio setup. This tutorial also shows options of scheduling and inviting participants to a session.
Presentation skills:
Your audience is ready for your presentation and information, but are you ready to deliver your content in a clear, understanding manner? This tutorial will demonstrate how you can prepare your materials for the best presentation possible, including how to deliver all of the information to your participants.
