The State Auditor is implementing a new online payment system for child support at the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). The new system is going up Monday, September 14, 2009. In the event you have questions arising from this change, please see the below information which we received from DCS.

"The Auditor of the State will introduce a new statewide financial-management system in the coming weeks. This new system will have an impact on all payments the State of Indiana makes, including child support payments. If you are a custodial parent and are expecting a child support payment processed by the Department of Child Services on September 11, 12, 14, and 15, your payment will be sent to you, credited to your debit card, or deposited into your bank account on September 16 or 17, depending on the banking institution. This is a one-time only change as the state transitions to the new financial management system. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we expect your payment schedule will return to normal after the new system is launched. All questions about this message should be directed to the ENCOMPASS website."
